1.
Grembo Sleeping bag
http://www.grembo.co.uk
Made from organic cotton. Grembo sleeping bags
come in a variety of weights for Winter, Spring/Autumn and
Summer. They are very soft, even after repeated washing. They are
sleeveless to prevent overheating, and roomy enough to allow baby to
move freely. As baby will spend a lot of time in them, it is one
of the best purcahes you can make and a brilliant present.

2. Organic nappies
- Tushies Disposable Gel Free Nappies
www.greenbaby.co.uk
The only bio-degradable chlorine
free nappies without any chemical gels. They are comfortable, few leaks
and have good absorbency. They only disadvantage is that ocasionally
the tabs to secure the nappy do not stick if any oil is on the
fastening panel. However, you can use sellotape or wipe it down.
Moltex are pretty good too, but they contain chemical gels. We tried
Pampers and Huggies for a short time, but were very disappointed by the
results. Both left our baby's bottom too dry and red.
3. Green Baby Nappy Balm
www.greenbaby.co.uk
Very natural, smells great. Helps
keep baby's bottom really soft. Last for ages. A firm favourite. We
tried other nappy creams such as Aveeno, Burt's Bees, Earth Friendly
Baby and Jasons, but this nappy cream was the best. It is much easier
and softer to apply. Burt's Bees comes second as it creates a very
effective barrier, but can be difficult to wash off the skin.
4. Earth Mama
Angel Baby Shampoo and Body Wash
www.cosyposy.co.uk
Lovely and gentle, with a soft
fragrance. It is great for very young babies, as it doesn't
irritate their eyes. For older babies who may like bubbles, Earth
Friendly Baby makes a really great bubble bath and the bubbles last a
good while.
5.
Tesco Organic Cotton Wool Large
Pads
www.Tesco.co.uk
Great for baby's big messes! And
cheap too! Other
cotton pads tend to leave traces of cotton on baby's skin. In
fact, Tescos organic baby cotton range has loads of cost effective
organic options.
